  This is the worst place to shop for anything. I purchased a defective torque wrench so i went in to return it. The cashier examed the tool for ten minutes and then told me theres nothing wrong with it. I told her that the wrench is not able to torque once its set. Obviously not knowing what a torque wrench was so she called the manager. The manager came over and told me that i didnt buy that tool at that store. I said you have to be kidding me i just bought this wrench two days ago at this very store. I told him to grab a torque wrench off the shelf and lets see if it doesnt look exactly like this torque wrench. The manager walked over to the shelf opened the box and began to apologize. The tools are really low grade, cheap and dont work properly. The staff is poorly trained and unprofessional. The dumb blonde at the register should really be working in the back somewhere away from customers and the manager needs to get off his fat ass and get to know the tools they carry in the store hes managing. Go to home depot or lowes. Dont waste your money or time at this good for nothing store.
