  The owner josh promised to fix my pellet stove and replace the blower motor 3 days before Christmas. I had my pellet stove breakdown. I purchased brand new a kozi 100 series pellet stove 3 years ago from him and had him service it every year. I spent thousands with Adirondack hearth. The owner josh refuses to help me when he has the part i need. He called me and said he has the part but he can make more money doing other work.So now me and my wife and kids are stuck with no heat until next week! thanks alot josh on christmas. After he promised to come repair my heat today i simply asked for a discount and he told me find someone else to do the work! Apparently the owner has no heart! No sense of humor or does not care one bit about his customers! he is just greedy and sells garbage products my kozi stove has been nothing but problems I will never do business again with this company I am disgusted! We are going with another company that actually cares about there customers and takes care of them. I would not recommend anyone to spend any money or purchase any products from this company the work was not done correct the install had leaks parts were scratched and screws were loose on a brand new kozi pellet stove I got ripped off he is over priced greedy provides sloppy service and does not keep his word! You do not wanna buy anything from this company. Horrible products service and installation. The owner josh left me and my family in the cold for this christmas.
